Neurotrials specializes in proof of concept trials (phases Ib and/or IIa) in neurology and psychiatry.

Neurotrials is based on a unique ecosystem within Paris Brain Institute and the Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire (CHU) of Ile-de-France (Assistance publique – Hôpitaux de Paris / APH-HP), comprising internationally renowned experts, numerous patients with various neurological pathologies, and leading-edge research technologies that accelerate the development of health products, thanks to innovative and reliable solutions, while controlling costs, based on standard operating procedures – Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) – and a rigorous quality assurance system.

Neurotrials is based at Paris Brain Institute, where it collaborates with privileged partners for clinical studies that require it, such as:
- The Centre for Clinical Investigation (CIC) dedicated to neuroscience,
- The CENIR platform (Neuroimaging Center) and PANAM (Physiology and Analysis of Movement).
- The DNA Biological Resource Centre and the Cell Biobank.
Neurotrials offers operational excellence in conducting and conducting Phase Ib/IIa clinical studies in brain pathology.
