This trademark may not be reproduced without the prior written authorization of Paris Brain Institute Communications Director. Any unauthorized use of the Institut du Cerveau's name or logo is prohibited and constitutes an infringement, punishable by up to three years' imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros in the event of prosecution.
