The symptoms of a brain tumor depend on the type of tumor, its location in the brain, its size, and how quickly it is growing.
The Symptoms of Brain Tumors
Each region of the brain has specific functions, and the appearance of a brain tumor therefore has repercussions related to its location and can result in motor or sensory disorders, visual field impairment, language disorders, or cognitive or behavioral disorders, depending on the area affected.
Other symptoms can also be caused by pressure on the brain from the tumor, which can lead to intracranial hypertension (ICH), resulting in persistent headaches lasting several days, with increasing intensity, nausea, and vomiting.
