Her research program (carried out in the DreamTeam group at the Paris Brain Institute, that she co-directs with Delphine Oudiette) focuses on neurological sleep disorders, in particular abnormal behaviors during sleep (sleepwalking, REM sleep behavior disorders), sleep in Parkinson's disease and central hypersomnias (narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, Kleine-Levin syndrome), and what these disorders tell us about the functions of sleep and dreams. She published more than 300 original articles on her research.
