Biographie
Jean-Christophe obtained a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology from Pierre & Marie Curie University (Paris, France).
As an Inserm Research Director, he led a research team at the Institut du Fer à Moulin in Paris for over 15 years, focusing on synaptic plasticity, GABAergic inhibition and neuronal chloride homeostasis in the context of epilepsy and neurodevelopmental disorders. In 2025, he joined the Paris Brain Institute as leader of the 'Clinical and Experimental Epilepsy' team and serves as the Scientific Manager of the ePHYS core facility.
