PRESS CONFERENCE AT Paris Brain Institute

On January 12th of this year, Jean-Claude Olivier died following a traffic accident. We are anxious here to send our sincere condolences to his family and close relations. We express our gratitude for the generosity which he showed in November, 2012 on the occasion of the sale for the benefit of the Institut du Cerveau.

To continue Jean-Claude Olivier’s action in favour of the Institut du Cerveau, his family and close relations invite his friends to donate in memory of his generosity.
Professor Gérard Saillant, president of the Institut du Cerveau - ICM and Jean-Claude Olivier, the former president Managing director de Yamaha Motor France

The donation is the fruit of the sales of its personal effects accumulated throughout its career at Yamaha: helmets, jackets, T-shirts, racing motorcycles … Professor Gérard Saillant warmly thanked Jean-Claude Olivier’s initiative, then presented and explained the organization and the works of the researchers within the Institut du Cerveau and hopes that through your press articles, the world of the motorcycle will mobilize as the world of the automobile to contribute to encourage donations and to allow the Institut du Cerveau to pursue its action.
